CAS HOLIDAY SPIRIT DAYS! 🎄
CAS PTO YEAR TO DATE UPDATE
In last week's Tiger Town News, we provided a Revenue Recap to share the amount raised to date and how those funds were raised. This week, we're providing an update on Expenditures to date.
The image below illustrates how we invest the funds raised back into our school community - supplementing classroom and staff needs, scheduling cultural arts assemblies, operating our Learning Garden, upkeeping the courtyard project, recognizing and celebrating the fabulous 70+ Staff Members at CAS, welcoming new families to our school, and much, much more throughout the year! Just a reminder that these are just expenses to date!
Less than 10% of funds raised are spent on Administration & Operations throughout the entire school year. The current percentage below is a bit inflated because we spend the majority of that budget line from September through November of the school year - renewing all of our platform subscriptions (Squarespace, Quickbooks, Smore), working with our Accountant on our filings, paying renewal, filing and application fees for NJ Annual Report, Charity Registration, Game of Chance Licenses, etc. and restocking some our necessary PTO office supplies and materials.
